Whilst opening a window today, I saw a rainbow, so rushed outside to take a picture. I also looked for signs of spring around the garden (which needs a lot of tender care very soon before things start to grow again and take over). Pip also gets very excited when people go outside and chased me round the garden like a mad thing demanding attention wherever we went. So here is some evidence for the start of spring. 'Twill soon be upon us. Enjoy!

Nah, it kept disappearing. Pippin just gets excited when you go outside. He becomes a meow machine.

That wasn't very nice of him: should have given the little beggar a slap!

He was very small, so I gave him a quick flick on the shin. He hexed me, then ran away...

Hexed you?
Oh well, it was nice knowing you...-

It's on its way - clocks go forward in a couple of weeks. Can't wait! I might even get my top down on my car soon! Yipee!

Thanks, I was taken aback at such a nice day. I usually reckon that when the car gets up to 9.5 degrees it's OK to put the roof down, unless its windy (or raining!).

Good pics...in S England the daffodils have been out a few weeks already. Bluebells are well up and the herb garden growing like crazy. Frogs spawned about 3 weeks ago and saw the first tadpoles (3-5 mm long) on Saturday. Spring is with us, but I missed Winter!

Thanks, O. We get everyting a little later up here. But I would like to see some more buds coming to life. I didn't miss winter at all!
Look forward to the new bog by the way - now you are pro, you'll probably spend the next 3 hours changing colours, adding pictures, making the perfect personal design. Enjoy!
