Me too. And Rose got her man in the end. ![]()
Yea, fantastic. Noe big death, which I think was just a red herring to make us watch.
Perhaps Micky and Martha both regulars next Torchwood.
And cybermen back at Christmas.
It sounded like Jack was persuading Mickey and Martha to be part of the crew - but I think it should just him, Ianto and Gwen, though I guess Martha is a doctor, and Owen is dead!
Bring back Tosh!!!!
I reckon Mickey would be good in Torchwood. Martha tends to be a bit dull, need her to go somewhere. But being a team member in Torchwood certainly does mess with your head, so who knows?
Can we send Gwen somewhere? She's my only bugbear in Torchwood...got used to all the other characters, except Gwen, who cannot must up authority for the life of her...looks like the darned girl next door not a sort of undercover superheroine...
Well, I may be swimming against the flow here, but I like Gwen. And in the later Torchwoods, she's become a bit of a bossy cow, so yes, she does command authority! She just needs to stop coming across as such a nagging old ninny (sorry, no other phrase came to mind).
How can a nagging old ninny come across as having authority? HLOL...I'm going to be in seriously trouble here...but I find her accent bloody annoying...I think she's actually the first Welsh person in a part like this and I can't get past the accent it's so distinct...I keep expecting her to put on a pinny and get out a rolling pin instead of picking up a gun and charging off issuing orders left, right and centre...I know I'm going to get every Welsh blogger down on my head now...

All's well that end's well. Looks like Martha and Mickey for Torchwood. Loved this episode for so many reasons.
