You wouldn't think that would be comfy at all
Ours like to curl up in plant pots - some of which hav quite significant spiky plants in...
No accountng for taste, I guess -

Flame's "new" spot in the top of the fridge---which is weird because she's partly blind and doesn't like to jump down from high places.

We have two (both of which don't work) - don't ask - it's a husband e-bay thing. We even have a monopoly quiz machine in our kitchen too.
